Privacy Policy

The information we receive from or about you is stored on systems designed to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of that information. In addition, we encrypt your transmission of sensitive information to it (eg., credit card numbers, account passwords) in the interest of heightened privacy protection and information integrity. Financial information is stored in a secure location that is accessible only to designated staff and used only for the purposes of which you provide the information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and/or any account information. Remember; please be careful and responsible whenever you are online.

Shipping & Handling Policy

All orders are shipped overnight in Styrofoam boxes using gel-packs. We take pride in assuring that your package arrives as fresh as possible.

The $4.95 packing charge is separate from shipping and applies to every perishable order. All shipping charges are based on weight, box dimensions and location; therefore, they are not available until the package is processed.

Orders over the internet must be placed before 1:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday to ensure next day delivery. Orders received after 1:00 pm EST will be shipped the next day. Saturday delivery is available in most areas; however, the shipping costs are substantially more expensive.

There are no Sunday or Monday deliveries.

Return/Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. Claims must be made the same day of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunded products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
